About Lauren
Lauren grew up an athlete. Once in college, the feeling she once felt on the soccer field, now was found in the gym. After college, Lauren attended a social work program for a single semester before pivoting into fitness, knowing this is the way she wants to help others.
Battling and overcoming a 6-year eating disorder made Lauren determined to change the health and wellness narrative and coach the right way. No matter the goal or fitness level, Lauren prioritizes the client unleashing and discovering their potential. Lauren is dedicated and passionate about personalized care and focusing on the individual because fitness is not a one size fits all.
